Custom Landscaping - We provide custom-designed landscaping for your yard, which will add to the value of your home.
Chimneys - This becomes an accent to the exterior of the home. Having a stone band at the bottom with a ornamental chimney cap at the top blends nicely with the body of the home.
Roofing - We use various roofing techniques, including: concrete tiles styled to your home. Roof colors can vary from home to home and should have a tone on tone variation. We also use rustic, cor-ten roofs, cor-ten gives interest to the roof and adds dimension to the overall appearance of the home.
Rain Gutters - Drainage of rain water is led away from doorways with copper-metal gutters. The copper will age with time into a beautiful patina.
Windows - We like to use metal clad, wood, casement style windows with wide, horizontal mullions and large windowpanes. Finish colors can very from house to house.
Front Door - We prefer to use wooden doors of the highest quality with a thickness of 3 inches and a measurement of up to 4ft wide by 8ft tall (or more).
Walls - The visual look of your home can include lots of variations, from stone wainscot of random rubble (different sizes and shapes of stones), orchestrated into an old world appearance, to Mt. Moriah stone, and everything inbetween.
Construction - We prefer to use the Arxx Wall System because it outperforms other construction methods with its structural integrity, energy efficiency, sound reduction, and wind and fire resistance. Arxx products are backed by the industry's largest technical support network - helping to keep your building project on time and on budget.
Fireplace Surrounds - Fireplace surrounds can include beautiful exterior stone flowing from the hearth up to the rich, wood mantle, which gives the feeling of a cozy retreat.
Granite Countertops - Thick granite countertop slabs in the kitchen, master bath and throughout the house add tremendous value.
Architectural Millwork and Interior Trim - The interior doors of your home appear as having been set into a true plastered wall. Here, a thin edge reveals a stained, wood frame that surrounds and holds the door in place. The plaster wall
turns gently into this frame as a bullnose edge to complete this detail. A simple base with clean lines will finish off the walls in this home. This baseboard can be 7 1/4 inches tall and will be painted to slightly contrast with the wall color. Beautiful crown moldings in major room locations - this molding can have a simple, cove design which is painted with light hues to accent the rooms. Window sills can have a Craftsmen style look and a painted finish to follow along with the overall style of the home.

Door Hardware - As a beautiful way to finish off doors, we can install hand-made levers mounted over a raised backplate escutcheon in a pewter finish.
Interior Doors Style - Interior doors can have two vertical panels with a square top, which forms this eight foot high solid-core alder door. The interesting grains of this natural wood construction will be finished with mediumtone stain and satin sheen sealer.
Interior Walls - Surround yourself with Old World hand-textured walls in a twotone paint with beautifully stained doors.
Wood Flooring - We use a variety of materials for the flooring in our custom built homes.
Plumbing - Our homes feature beautiful Kohler plumbing packages that are functional and stylish. We have many different finishes for your tastes.
Appliances - We use appliances that are considered to be upper-end in the industry, ie Sub-Zero, Thermador and Bosch.
